Reservation Acknowledgment
By making a reservation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your party. This user agreement is made between you (the passenger) and Air Zoomer
(bookings@airzoomer.com) and is governed by USA law.
Booking Conditions
Please read these Booking Terms carefully before making any reservations. In these terms, "you" and "your" refer to all individuals listed on the booking, including anyone who is added or substituted later.
By making a reservation, you agree on behalf of all individuals listed that:
1.You have read and understood these Booking Terms and have the authority to agree to them on behalf of all persons named in the reservation.
2.You consent to our use of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy and are authorized to disclose personal information, including special categories of data (such as health or medical conditions and disabilities), on behalf of all individuals included in the booking.
3.All persons listed are over the age of 18.
4.You accept financial responsibility for the payment of the booking on behalf of all individuals detailed in the reservation.
Agreement
As an authorized agent, we represent third-party vendors, such as airlines. This means that when you make a reservation, the contract for the product is between you and the supplier. Consequently, in addition to the terms outlined below, the supplier's booking conditions (including the airline's conditions of carriage) will also apply to your reservation.
Before finalizing your transaction with us, please review the supplier's terms and conditions carefully, as they contain important information about your reservation.
Terms and Conditions in General
These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and any electronic bookings made through https://globalgds.net/airzoomer/.
Please review the Pricing section (below) and understand our use of third-party data, as well as its potential impact on your booking.
When you place a booking or order, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant flight, package, or other holiday arrangements, subject to these terms and conditions and, where applicable, the standard terms and conditions of the relevant supplier. By agreeing to our booking conditions and making payment, you enter into a contract.
Examining Booking Specifics
Please review your entire itinerary carefully before finalizing your booking, as well as once you receive the final booking confirmation email. Ensure that all details meet your requirements. Additionally, verify all passenger name information, including titles, as errors or changes made after booking may incur amendment fees or, in some cases, result in cancellation.
Pricing
We use third-party data to price our flights and vacations. These third parties utilize a variety of strategies to obtain this information, including cached data. This data may occasionally be out of date and suggest flights and vacations that are not available (or available at the price shown).
Flight Specifics
Please note that a flight labeled as "direct" does not necessarily mean it is non-stop. All departure and arrival times are provided by the respective airlines and are estimates subject to change due to factors such as air traffic control, weather conditions, operational needs, and timely check-in by passengers.
This website is not responsible for changes to departure or arrival times originally provided or reflected in your documents. We recommend that all clients reconfirm their flights with the airline 72 hours before departure. We cannot facilitate special arrangements in the event of delays; such matters are handled solely at the discretion of the airline.
As an agent for the airline (the principal), we adhere to the airline’s terms and conditions, which may allow the airline to refuse a sale after it has been completed. While we strive to prevent such situations, we cannot guarantee their absence. If a sale is refused, you will be offered the choice of a comparable service at a reduced cost, an alternative service, or a full refund.
Flight Delay
We are not liable for delays caused by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances as defined in clause 9. A delay or cancellation of your transport service does not automatically entitle you to cancel any other arrangements, even if they were made in conjunction with your transport. However, you may be eligible to make a claim under the delay coverage of your travel insurance policy.
Package for Tour Operators
A package from one of our featured Tour Operators includes a combination of two or more travel components, such as flights, transportation, lodging, or other tourist services, which have been pre-arranged and offered for sale. When you purchase a Tour Operators Package, you enter into a direct contract with the Tour Operator. Your booking will be subject to their Terms and Conditions.
Package Dynamic or Package Organized by Us
When you purchase a Package Organized by Us, you are buying a combination of two or more travel components, such as flights, transportation, lodging, or other tourist services, that we have pre-arranged and offered for sale at a single inclusive price.
This is different from a Dynamic Package, where you select various travel components, which are then combined and sold to you at different prices or times. In the case of a Dynamic Package, we act solely as agents for the suppliers of each travel component (flights, transportation, accommodation, or other services), and you will have separate contracts with each supplier.
If we have sold or offered to sell you a Dynamic Package, the following Booking Conditions will apply:
Children
Clients must adhere to the air transport supplier's rules and limits regarding the carriage of children. Children over the age of two on the return date must have a return ticket at a child fare for both the departure and return flights. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of any seat expenses incurred during travel. Children under two will only be assigned a seat if a child ticket is purchased. Unaccompanied minors under the age of 16 will be transported only in accordance with the air transport provider's regulations and restrictions.
Requested Reservations
Some online bookings may have an "On Request" status. In these cases, we cannot guarantee availability or pricing. We will inform you of this status before you complete the booking and will not accept payment until availability is confirmed. Once we confirm the booking and you make payment, a contract will be formed.
Documentation
For air travel, we generally issue an electronic ticket, which will be emailed to the address provided at the time of reservation. Unless we notify you otherwise within 72 hours of departure, the details on the receipt are assumed correct. Please ensure you have all necessary documents, such as visas and other clearances, for your destination. Verify visa requirements and passport validity with the relevant embassy and passport office. Note that some countries require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry.
If changes are required to tickets or bookings, or if tickets are lost, stolen, or destroyed, we reserve the right to pass on any costs incurred, along with our administration fee.
All documentation will be sent to the billing address of the credit/debit card holder in compliance with mail order laws. Documents are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or First Class post; we cannot be held responsible for delays, misplacement, or loss by Royal Mail. Lost or misplaced tickets may require full payment for reissuance while the original documents are refunded.
Payment
We do not accept payments from third parties. The cardholder must be one of the travellers, although corporate bookings may be processed with a company card upon providing the necessary verification documents.
Full payment is required for all items and services at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated. After payment, we conduct card verification checks to protect both ourselves and the cardholder. Additional security documentation, such as address confirmation or a passport copy, may be requested. We will contact you if this information is needed and require an immediate response.
Most destinations and airlines now require Advance Passenger Information (API). We reserve the right to request this information and passport copies to comply with airline and authority requirements.
We also reserve the right to pass on any credit card chargeback fees. All credit card transactions are non-refundable.
No-Shows and Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, the passenger named on the booking must notify us in writing. Cancellations may incur relevant charges, fines, and administration fees where feasible. Airlines will cancel all sectors of your itinerary if any sector is cancelled, and no refund will be issued for any sector. If declared a no-show by the airline, all sectors of your itinerary will be cancelled, and no refund will be provided. You will need to arrange travel for any remaining sectors.
Note: Cancellation charges are (if permitted) $75 for travel within the USA and $100 for international travel as a part of administrative fee from Air Zoomer on top of Airlie penalties.
Cancellation Policy for COVID-19
If a flight is cancelled due to COVID-19, the airline will offer the following options:
Open tickets for a limited time, subject to fare differences. Refunds for partially used tickets will be according to the airline's fare regulations.
Date changes as per airline policies and charges (some airlines only charge fare differences without a date change penalty).
An administration fee of $75 will be retained in all cases of refund.
No bookings will be processed until we receive an email confirmation from the cardholder’s registered email address with the transaction authorization code.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we receive them from the airline, typically within 8-10 weeks. Some taxes are non-refundable, and some airlines do not reimburse fuel surcharges (usually included in taxes). Contact us for the exact refund amount.
All credit card transactions and SAFI (Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance) payments are non-refundable. Payments for Protection & Bonding are also non-refundable. Reservation payments are non-refundable in all cases.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you and your group obtain adequate travel insurance. Many of the travel service providers we work with require insurance as a condition of booking. Additionally, travel insurance may be mandatory for certain destinations, and we will inform you if this applies to your trip.
Your insurance should cover at least the following:
Cancellation Costs: To protect against the expense of canceling your trip.
Medical Expenses: Including repatriation in case of an accident or illness.
Loss of Baggage and Money: To cover the loss of personal belongings and cash.
Other Expenditures: Any additional costs that may arise.
Carefully review all insurance documents to ensure that all information is accurate and that you have provided all necessary details. Failure to do so may invalidate your coverage.
For your convenience, we can arrange travel insurance through our insurance partner.
Liability and Warranties
The provider, along with any third-party suppliers and distributors, makes no warranties regarding this website or the materials available on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any content or data on this website. All implied warranties and conditions, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are expressly disclaimed.
We understand that errors in data, such as fares and airport taxes, may occur. If any data is found to be incorrect, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may then choose to cancel for a full refund, accept the service at the updated price, or select an alternative service (paying any additional amounts due). If the service is no longer available, you may substitute another service and pay any additional amounts due.
In no event shall the provider or any third-party suppliers or distributors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damage of any kind, including special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or savings), whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from or in connection with the use of this website or its content. This includes any failure or delay in using the website for reservations or ticketing or any performance issues by the provider or third parties.
If, despite the exclusions, the provider or any third-party supplier or distributor is found liable for any loss or damage related to the use of this website, the liability shall not exceed $100. The provider reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to any component of this website at any time without notice.
The provider’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence is not limited or excluded.
This website may contain links to other websites provided for convenience only. These links do not constitute an endorsement of the content of those websites. The provider and its third-party suppliers are not responsible for the content or materials of any other websites, and visiting such websites is at your own risk.
Contract
All contracts with the provider, and any disputes arising from them, are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The person making the booking accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for any payments. Rights and obligations under this agreement may not be assigned, transmitted, sublet, delegated, or transferred.
The provider may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website is subject to the terms in effect at the time of your use.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These terms and conditions, along with any incorporated or referred documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and the provider and supersede all previous agreements. Amendments or modifications must be made in writing or by the provider updating the terms on the website.
Visa Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary visa, passport validity, health measures, and flight reconfirmation.
For extended or overnight transits, including multiple transit points within or between countries, travellers must arrange their own hotel and visa requirements.
Children under 18 Travelling to South Africa and Botswana
Minors travelling to South Africa and Botswana must carry certified copies of their birth certificate. If only one parent is travelling, certified written consent from the other parent is required.
Lost/Damaged Luggage
We are not responsible for lost or damaged luggage. Report any issues immediately to the airline's representative at the airport. Checked baggage restrictions may apply, and items like power banks, e-cigarettes, lighters, and party poppers may not be allowed in checked baggage. Verify restrictions with your airline.
Pregnancy
Some airlines do not transport pregnant women past the 28th week of pregnancy. If you are pregnant, consult with the airline and your doctor to ensure you can travel.
Changes to Airline Schedules and Cancellations
Airlines may cancel or adjust tickets according to their terms. We will inform you of any changes as soon as we receive them. We can handle requests for changes or cancellations on your behalf if permitted by the airline’s terms and conditions. Note that an administrative fee applies to each reissue, revalidation, or cancellation of a ticket.
Health Requirements
Different destinations have varying admission procedures and vaccination requirements that may change based on nationality. Ensure you receive all necessary vaccinations, medications, and adhere to medical recommendations for your trip.
Airlines' Travel Limitations (COVID-19)
Due to enhanced security and social distancing measures, arrive at least 4 hours before departure. Expect lines and delays due to new travel restrictions. Check the airline’s and country’s websites for current visa and entry requirements.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or changes caused by unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, including war, riots, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural disasters, or technical problems. For current information on country status, contact the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
Airfares are guaranteed only upon ticketing, not upon payment. We will notify you of any issues with booking or payment as quickly as possible, and your booking is not confirmed until tickets are issued.
Special Requests (Seats, Meals, Frequent Flyer Miles, etc.)
If you request special arrangements (such as meals, disability facilities, or child seats), we will forward your request to the service provider. We cannot guarantee that the service provider will fulfill these requests.
Complaints and Disputes
If you have a complaint regarding any travel arrangements or services provided by a third-party supplier, you should contact the supplier directly as soon as possible. The provider is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the services of third-party suppliers. However, if you are unable to resolve the issue with the supplier to your satisfaction, the provider may, at its discretion, offer reasonable assistance in resolving the matter.
To request the provider's assistance, please email bookings@airzoomer.com within 28 days of your return. Include detailed information about your complaint, the supplier involved, any relevant reports, and your booking reference number.
This assistance represents the full extent of the provider's liability and responsibility in handling claims where the provider acts as the booking agent.
Please note that the terms and conditions of any third-party suppliers whose services are included in your booking will apply. These terms may include limitations or exclusions of liability, often in accordance with international agreements.
